lyrics

[ENG]
What is the point if we do it with no etnhusiasm?
As the hours, minutes and seconds pass us by
Did we not say that "the fun lies on the journey"?
But how to find time to reflect on it
and think of everything and nothing and say:

Didn't we tire of hating obligations and routines?
how is that iI fill my plate almost the same every day?
Didn't we hate the colour of those curtains?

Leaving them be, i feel that we betrayed ourselves.
And the worst of all, we knew it all along.

When you’ve been involved in assemblies, the management of libraries or social centres, projects et cetera, especially if it's very intense, we tend to spend a lot of time on autopilot and there is hardly enough time to stop and make a balance between everything we are doing. It seems as though you can't stop the machine from guzzling coal, but you can. You have to be able to recognise when things are approaching the limit, and then carry on or give it a rest if necessary. Otherwise we end up feeling burnt out and generally depressed.
We're not just talking about punk, but if that were the case then it could apply to the band that just plays their set but is nowhere be seen anywhere else, and when they go on tour they're asking for help all over the place, but when they themselves are asked for help they don't do shit; those who work the bar or the door at gigs or festivals but don't want to take on the dirty, less visible jobs such as maintenance work, cleaning, cooking food or letting people crash at their houses; those that are demanding attendees or consumers, etc... They need to ditch the mindset of only having one unique role, and I firmly believe that it is here that the cost and effort that these things incur can be seen much more clearly.
There is love for Barcelona, but also hate sometimes. Because there are incredible responses and actions, but there are times when we don't understand how people can think that this city and what goes on in it is awesome when we are lacking so many things at an organisational level and it is dead in so many other senses, but I suppose that this happens everywhere... When we ourselves have been other places, either just passing through or for a good while, seen how they do things there, and commented a thousand and one times between jokes that 'they are years ahead of us', it is a great feeling.
As some say, "Come here! We need hands and heads to fight by our sides".
